Many of us in America have grown frustrated, apathetic, and disenchanted with the state of politics in this country. Both political parties, the media, and social media have worsened this divide in recent years. Most of the things we hear and see in regard to the state of politics in this country borderlines on insanity. Our goal here at Change Our Talk is to provide a perspective that attempts to restore some sanity and common sense to conversations. Our goal is to be informative, thought-provoking, and reasonably objective. If our politics are going to change, we need to change the way we talk about political issues. We are not interested in the pre-packaged political talking points, catchphrases, or "bumper sticker" politics. We are interested in policy and how those policies affect Americans.
