The checks & balances STOP CORRUPTION so his actions are criminal pursuant to Title 18 sec. 241 - conspiracy against rights & oppress owing 6,75 billion dollars for continued oppression. This he concealed from the public which also is criminal pursuant to Title 18 sec. 1001 - concealment and sec. 1503 - obstruction of justice as the checks & balances are AN OFFICIAL ORDER MANDATE the Judicial Branch be checked for corruption. Motive for concealment is a transfer of power to the citizen to NOW UPHOLD THE INTEGRITY OF THE CONSTITUTION giving a Black Man POWER having AUTHORITY to GIVE ORDERS, make decision, and ENFORCE OBEDIENCE. The Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen was ORDERED to DISBURSE 6 billion dollars which she refused to do also concealing the checks & balances being in conspiracy to oppress as this is money owed for the default denying the 14th Amendment right to due process, the miscarriage of Justice imposing slavery prohibited by the 13th amendment ABOLISHING SLAVERY. This is a Black eye on America so you see why they concealed imposing slavery from the public. That's money & power the principles of corruption, 6 billion dollars owed for imposing slavery & a TRANSFER OF POWER TO THE CITIZEN to uphold the integrity of the Constitution by government FAILING to Check the other parts of government as demanded by the Constitution to uphold the integrity. Why? Because all three branches are corrupt so no branch checked the other Branch. You've always herd this is a government of the people, by the people, & for the people but didn't know how the people got power. The checks & balances empower the citizen when the government is corrupt, otherwise they continue this without anyone to hold them accountable. There are two other elements being there CANNOT be a government COVER UP without the Media & Law ENFORCEMENT who REFUSED TO EXECUTE THE INDICTMENTS & ARREST THE MEDIA & POLITICIANS.
