While delivering remarks on the country's COVID-19 response, President Biden said that it is approved for the majority of Americans who have been fully vaccinated with the Pfizer shot for at least six months are now eligible for a booster shot. He went on to say they are still studying the data for the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines before they can greenlight a booster for those two vaccines, but that Americans who were given the Moderna or the Johnson & Johnson shots are still highly protected from the virus.
