President Hemphill and his faculty and staff will not allow themselves to get comfortable as they look ahead. President Hemphill held Radford University, West Virginia State University, Northern Illinois University, University of Arkansas, University of North Carolina Wilmington, and Cornell College. He has earned degrees from Saint Augustine’s University, Iowa State University of Science and Technology, and a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa.
