President of Peace Part 2-JACKED UP DAILY

In this part 2 episode, Tim and Jack discuss President Trump and the Peace Treaty and what Gaza could look like in 2035.

Transition to Technocratic Governance
  • Under Trump’s recently unveiled peace plan, governance of Gaza would shift from Hamas or the Palestinian Authority (PA) to a technocratic, apolitical Palestinian committee. AInvest+4Reuters+4The Guardian+4

  • This committee would be supervised by an international transitional body, sometimes referred to as the “Board of Peace,” which Trump would head or influence. Reuters+4Reuters+4www.ndtv.com+4

  • The committee would manage day‑to‑day public services, infrastructure, municipal affairs, and development in Gaza under this transitional period. Reuters+4CBS News+4AInvest+4

AI, Smart Cities, and “Riviera Gaza”
    • In a leaked 38‑page prospectus (Gaza Reconstitution, Economic Acceleration and Transformation Trust, or GREAT Trust), the plan envisions AI‑powered smart cities across Gaza, with advanced infrastructure, data centers, smart utilities, and high-tech zones. AInvest+4CNBC+4Wikipedia+4

    • The document suggests the use of digital tokens or smart contracts to compensate landowners, enabling asset reallocation or redevelopment (i.e. land redevelopment in exchange for tokenized value). Wikipedia+3CNBC+3JFeed+3

    • Gazans might be “relocated” (temporarily or permanently) to allow large-scale redevelopment, with incentives such as cash payments, rent subsidies, or food support during transition. The Washington Post+6CNBC+6Wikipedia+6

    • The authors claim the plan would largely rely on private and public investment (rather than direct U.S. government spending) — positioning Gaza as a self‑sustaining economic hub. Wikipedia+3CNBC+3AInvest+3

      Timeline & Goals (By 2035)
      • Although Trump’s plan is currently articulated as a transition, supporters of the technocratic vision suggest an end goal around 2035, when the new model might be mature enough to “graduate” to a more permanent governance mode.

      • The idea is that by then, Gaza would have transformed — infrastructurally, economically, and bureaucratically — into a stable zone that can function under this technocratic design with AI support.
