The President of the Utah Farm Bureau was arrested after police say he was caught on video backhanding a farm worker asking for his back pay --  told to shut up, in Spanish. This is captured on video. Farm workers are gathered, explaining that they need their pay and then it escalates and one is smacked. Gibson gets arrested, but that's just the beginning of the story.    Dave and Debbie speak with KSL 5 TV Mike Anderson who has been following this story.
