Billionaire presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg has already blown past a half billion dollars in ad spending and it’s just March. 

A CNN report says campaign ad spending has already reached a billion dollars. 

To put that in perspective former president Barack Obama spent only about 300 million for his entire re-election campaign. 

Hedge fund billionaire Tom Steyer poured just over 200 million into his campaign 

Which he dropped out of this weekend after finding little support.

Senator Bernie Sanders and President Trump have spent about 60 and 50 million dollars respectively.
