On Tuesday the Presidential Hotline, Khawuleza Mobile APP and USSD code was launched by Ms Thembi Siweya, Deputy Minister in the Presidency. Currently the Presidential Hotline can only be reached through telephone and email channels. And with a target turnaround of seven days, Khawuleza Mobile APP and USSD Code will enable citizens to lodge of service delivery complaint in all official languages through their phones. This mobile app will reengineer and digitize the Presidential Hotline, resulting in greater accessibility for citizen keen to engage government.
