• campfire_knight: (Basically besides Wii Sports,) What are your favorite games with mandatory motion controls?While I personally do have a soft spot for Zelda Skyward Sword and its less motion control dependent predecessor, Twilight Princess on the Wii, i also have fond memories of the campaign mode for Call Of Duty 3 on Wii.  But if we are talking about using your Wii Remote to aim a virtual gun, I have to give the award for best usage to Resident Evil 4 on the Wii and of course the Metroid Prime Trilogy.  Shooting zombies or space pirates never felt so good!! But while all of these are some of the best of the best of the motion control era of gaming, my  true favorite lies within a much more lesser known title found on the 3DS (and I think PS Vita) made by Drinkbox Studios.  That game is Severed--a game about battling your way through a purgatory-like dreamworld full of demons that you slice and dice with a sword using your stylus!  The game's main themes are dealing with trauma, revenge, and loss.  And of course, it all ends with acceptance. 💝 😇 Can't spoil it here, but the game really impacted me.  At the time I played, I was going through some loss as well.  So it kinda has a special place in my heart.

• jtlawbass: You have been given the power to revive any dormant or dead franchise(s), but the caveat is that for every franchise you revive, you have to kill off an active one. Which do you choose? Also, if you kill off a franchise, that also means you can’t have remakes or remasters in that series so whatever is already out when you kill the series off is it for that franchise. I would bring single-player Phantasy Star back and would sacrifice Metal Gear. Kojima is gone so it’s not like we’ll ever get a new good MG game again anyway.

• Joe the Usurper: Does a game being super popular and appealing to more casual gamers turn you off of the game? Because honestly it does for me a little. I think it's wild GTA6, a digital-only game with no gameplay footage, is selling preorders like crazy. It's not gonna run out of stock. What if it comes out and is just mid or janky? If IGN gives it a 7 will someone burn down their offices? If GTA6 leads to more PS5 and Xboxes being sold, what's even the point of releasing a PS6 or Helix?

• Bailey: I have never played GTA 5, but all the hype around GTA 6 has me wanting to play it day one. Do you think it’s necessary to play 5 first?
