In today's episode, Kayla and I discuss the different goals and strategies she has in place that keep her on track with her best self. Kayla has always been an athlete, growing up as a twin with a total of 6 siblings, she had to compete! Overall, Kayla is an awesome person full of laughter and I’m so thankful to have her as a part of our Higher Ground community!
