MY WHY:

I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. With a full-time job and kids, I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life.

Ingrediants:

• 1 bunch of spinach leaves
• 1 bunch of basil leaves
• 1-2 whole garlic cloves pealed
• Parmesan Cheese (dried)
• 1-2 lemons or lemon juice
• Pine Nuts or Unsalted Chashews
• Olive Oil

Instructions:

• Add your greens to a blender
•  Pour extra olive oil in (want to see lots of oil) 
• Toss in your garlic
• Blend to get everything slightly mixed
• Add in the lemon juice
• Add in the nuts ~ a nice handful works
• Blend until you see it very smooth 
• Taste test, add some salt, more oil, nuts or garlic (if needed)
• Store in a glass jar in your fridge for up to 45 days
• Enjoy!
