I know, Preventative maintenance, blah blah, it may sound boring, but its not and its vital. PM's can be the difference between a great piece of equipment that last many years or one that has to go to the scrap yard after 5 years. Add this to your services, it shows you care about the industry, you care about the customer and you like doing things the right way.
