The 2nd Annual Blue Mountain Lake Flotilla will set sail from Prospect Point on Blue Mountain lake this Sunday evening, highlighting a day of music, food and Adirondack history. It recreates an event that took place in August of 1882 when the guests of the newly opened Prospect House - the first hotel in the world with electric lights in every room - celebrated with a grand flotilla that made its way around Blue Mountain Lake.
