After a ten-year hiatus, a murder mystery featuring a cast of local actors returns this weekend as part of the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival. The show, "Death & Acids" will be staged at the Elks Club for the next three Saturday nights. The show, written by George DeChant, centers on the fictitious murder of Trout Lake mayor Travis Rex.

Jessica Deeb, one of the actors in the "whodunnit" says the first act will introduce the characters, and the audience will be charged with interviewing the suspects to find the murderer.
