She addresses both the obstacles she had to overcome and the opportunities that presented themselves to her while growing up in Omaha, NE. We touch on the long term impact of PTSD and the general taboo around mental health as well as the impacts of the lack of resiliency and instant gratification in children on their future and the future of the nation and thus the world.
