In this PalCast host Yousef Aljamal and producer Tony Groves talk with Dr Khaled Alser- who is a surgeon Nasser Hospital, Gaza and who had been abducted and was missing since March, 202 and was finally released from unlawful detainment and reunited with his family and patients on Sept 30, 2024. He is still recovering from the physical torture and abuse he faced in the Israeli “prison” Sde Teiman and Ofer detention centres.
He tells us about his entire harrowing experience, from working during the Israeli genocide of Gaza, to the siege of his hospital and on through his unlawful imprisonment and torture.
Dr Khaled Alser joined us from Nasser Hospital because even after all he’s been through he wants to help the people who need him. A true hero of in these dark times.
