This was seriously one of our favourite podcasts. 

Joining us in the tortoise shach is lecturer in geography in Maynooth University and climate activist, Dr Patrick Bresnihan. He tells us about the campaign (petition that you've signed above) to save and convert the Derrinlough Briquette Factory into something that will honour the rural industry, create jobs and put meaning to that well beaten phrase "just transition."

We also discuss climate anxiety, the need to avoid eco-austerity and how a red-green future could help with food sustainability, biodiversity concerns and work that pays, particularly for rural Ireland.
