If you need more clients, why worry about your pricing? At this stage, you might not have a clue what to charge, and - let's face it - any money coming in the door is good, right?
Actually, when you are clear about how your price relates to the transformation you're bringing your clients, a lot of things change:
you are more confident about which clients to talk to (and which ones to turn away)
you sell at higher prices
you don't discount your services
In short, when you price confidently, you take control of your pricing, rather than have it be dictated by market rates, what your peers are charging, or something else that is out of your control.
