Annika shares the whirlwind experience of hiring staff and establishing her business in the Batman building in just six weeks. On top of that, she reflects on the chaotic yet rewarding period of getting married, opening two coffee shops, and graduating all within a few months. In fact, she signed the lease for her second location the same week as her wedding!

With two brick-and-mortar stores and a coffee cart now part of the Prickly Pear Coffee brand, Annika discusses the lessons she’s learned and her vision for the future. She also reflects on how her faith has played a central role in her journey, sharing how the Lord has answered her prayers tenfold.
