Pride isn't something anyone likes to admit or talk about. Which is why this episode is here, God revealed the beginnings of pride invading Chelsey's heart.       • What Does Pride and Approval Of Man Do To Our Hearts?

      • It takes our pure intentions for The Lord and rips the purity out of it.
      • It steals blessings.
      • It steals joy.
      • It blurs the line of "good" and God's best.

        • We Are A Example For The Kingdom

        • We need to be open and honest with others/believers when we are struggling in this area.
        • This helps new believers KNOW they don't walk alone.
        • This helps potential wandering souls from walking away when the enemy baits them with lies.

          • Truths The Lord Shared With My Heart

          • Pride disolutions us to believe we have to carry "our thing" all on our own.
          • The Lord CONVICTS and CORRECTS,
          • The enemy CONDEMS and CONFLICTS.
          • Galatians 5:25, "If we live by the spirit, let us also keep in step with the spirit."
          • When we are daily allowing the word of God to be the lamp that lights our paths, it keeps our minds on the eternal perspective.

            • How Do We Protect Ourselves From Pride?

            • Regualr time in the word.
            • Accountability partners (1-2) who KNOW all the stuff you wrestle with.
            • Prayer Warriors - pepole regualrly praying on your behalf.

              • The greatest gift next to Jesus God gave us is His word. It calls us out of our sin but always gives us the corrections we need to make. Praying this weeks episode will cause you to pause and allow God to pull the things out of your heart that are getting in the way of who He's calling you to be!
