I lived most of my life making choices out of fear, using people-pleasing, perfectionism, and performing as a form of protection, but all it was doing was keeping me from being honest with myself and others. But it’s uncomfortable expressing yourself in relationships, saying no to the hustle culture, and celebrating what you’ve learned after failing. I want to help others find freedom from these fears, stop being complaisant in relationships, stop compromising in goals, and get out of their comfort zone by being uncomfortably candid.&nbsp;</p>
