Uber riders can be banned for low ratings:
Uber has announced that riders can now be banned for a low user rating. Drivers have already had to deal with this reality and now Uber has made this a two way street. Unlike Uber drivers, Uber says that passengers will have ample opportunity to increase their rating before becoming banned.
