• Being “all in” is to be part of a high performing team, being part of something bigger.
• People who have entrusted you to lead others deserve for you to be all-in.
• Engagement surveys don’t measure engagement accurately. You can measure engagement through observing behaviors.
• The best companies identify the ideal behaviors that positively impact culture. 
• As a leader, learn to look for something good and recognize it. That’s a form of feedback.
• During hiring can you identify if someone will take pride in their work, take ownership and follow through with execution?
