Welcome to the Walking In The Truth Podcast.  In this episode, I discuss “Pride | The #1 Teachability Blocker”.  The Bible frequently talks about pride and humility.  Pride is most often used in a negative way and humility is seen in a positive light.  The root word picture for Pride in Hebrew is that of a “valley”—a place surrounded by “high” hills, mountains or walls.  Pride, therefore, refers to an attitude of arrogance—lifting oneself up to a high position.  It’s most often about self-dependence, self-centeredness, and self-promotion.
