The CPSC and Primark US have recalled Primark Wooden Xylophone Toys.  The feet of this toy may loosen, fall off, and create a choking hazard for young children.  About 450 of these toys were sold at Primark US stores in the Northeast, Chicago, and Florida.  If you bought one of these toy xylophones, immediately stop using it and return it to a Primark store for a full refund.  For more information, call Primark Us at 1-617-946-3236.
