Do a serum calcium and PTH for patients with unspecific neurocognitive, neuromuscular and renolithiasis or low BMD

Normo calcaemic hyperparathyroidism may be caused by primary HPT or secondary and a therapeutic / diagnostic trial with 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 for 3 months will disclose the cause
