Monty Lane Allen, a multi-talented artist from South Carolina, is based in Nashville, Tennessee and is a well-known guitarist in the modern country music scene. 

After the release of his debut album Great Big World in 2008, several of his music videos aired on CMT and GAC and the song “Falling Water” eventually earned him a Telly Award for Best Music Video. 

Apart from his solo career, Monty Lane has toured as a member of Alan Jackson's backing group, The Strayhorns, for many years.
