'Hell & Wellness' is a new podcast hosted by Matt Ruby and Rob Kramer. Matt is a comedian and dabbler in the health and wellness space, while Rob is a longtime practitioner who's left his guru chasing behind. Both seek out ways to better their lives, but neither has much patience for the pretensions, BS, and plenty else that ails them about that which is meant to help them. Think of them as a sort of Siskel & Ebert for health and wellness, as they discuss and review various trends and traditions, trying to separate the useful from the useless.
