Leading off, I welcome a first timer to the show and someone who is building an incredibly popular brand of cooker, Primitive Pits, Jimmy Daniel (JD) to the show. JD believes that Texas BBQ is the best bbq. To keep with that line of thinking, JD and his guys are building one of the premier Texas style off-sets on the market and tonight we see how this one came to be!

After Mark, I will be joined by first Tuesday of the month guest, Ray "Dr. BBQ" Lampe. Last month, Ray announced that his join restaurant venture was set to open Oct. 3rd. Will the opening be realized or will there be a new date announced. Which Embedded Correspondent will be eliminated from the "restaurant opening pool" and who remains in? All questions to be revealed tonight!
