Phoebe Champion is the General Manager of Akrathos Winery in Halkidiki, Greece. She splits time between Greece and the US and when she isn’t working, she’s playing (horse) polo or water polo.

Phoebe was born and raised in Honolulu, HI and Palo Alto, CA. At Princeton she majored in French & Italian Studies with a certificate in Translation & Intercultural Communication.
