Proverbs 27:12

Direction determines destination.

"Heavenly Father, help me to see trouble coming,

give me the wisdom to know what to do,

then give me the courage to do it."

Direction begins with submission.

We must learn to live with a God-component in every single area of our lives.

Pride overrides wisdom.

Arrogance overrides common sense.

Self-importance overrides discernment.

Have I surrendered to God those things I think I can control?
