In order to manage time, we must plan and prioritize. Setting priorities must align with our values and in business the same principles applies. An entrepreneur responsibilities are far and wide and in the startup stages it can get overwhelming having to take on multiple roles in the business. As much as we think we can continue to multitask, it is not sustainable in the long-term. The cost benefits must be weighed and when the time is right we must reduce the number of roles we take on.
