ALL of us have been "going through" during this season, dealing with extra stressors, setbacks and responsibilities. At some point, we must prioritize self-care - getting sleep/rest, eating well, destressing, etc. - so that we are able to survive and thrive right now. If we don't, what will we have left to pull from?
