Before we get started, I wanted to say thank you to everyone who is supporting the podcast.  I appreciate all of you.  I also wanted to say to anyone that’s not, that they can go fuck themselves.  Especially my friend John Ditore, who refuses to listen.  Fuck you John.  

Today’s guest is one of the most unique and interesting people Fadam has ever met. 

 His name is Lance Neatherlin. Lance is a native of Lake Stevens, WA.  He is professional tattoo artist at the renowned tattoo parlor “Slave to Needle.”  Lance’s area of expertise is in portrait tattoos and black and grey.  In addition to work, he is a member of the heavy metal band “Locistellar.”  In his 20’s, Lance experienced a major bump in the road on his path to professional tattooing.  Growing up in Seattle, he was heavily involved in the grunge scene.  After a handful of wrong turns, Lance found himself on the wrong end of serious drug charges.  He began tattooing while serving a sentence in federal prison.    After his release, Lance dedicated himself to doing what he loves – art and music.  He now lives with his girlfriend LaToya, and their faithful dog Clive.  Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, fine dining, and live music.
