Kouri Richins, 33, a Utah woman accused of fatally poisoning her husband in 2022 and later publishing a children’s book about grief, now confronts an additional attempted murder charge. Authorities claim she allegedly drugged him weeks earlier on Valentine's Day. Richins stands accused of administering a lethal dose of fentanyl to her husband at their residence in a small mountain town near Park City in March 2022.
