In a significant development in the long-standing mystery surrounding the 1996 killing of rapper Tupac Shakur, Duane "Keffe D" Davis, identified as a key figure in the case, has been arrested and charged with murder. Although not the alleged gunman, Davis has been labeled as the group's leader by authorities. According to Nevada law, individuals can be charged with a crime, including murder, if they assist someone in committing the offense."Duane Davis was the shot caller for this group of individuals that committed this crime," stated Las Vegas police homicide Lt. Jason Johansson, "and he orchestrated the plan that was carried out."
