Prison, an institution for the confinement of persons who have been deprived of their liberty following conviction for a crime. A society is a grouping sharing the same geographical territory, typically subject to the same political authority. This episode will attempt to answer the following:
Should released prisoners pay back to the state what was spent on them while in jail?
Should prisoners have the right to vote?
Should solitary confinement be banned?
Is the death penalty, torture interrogation and corporal punishment justified?
During certain/unique circumstances should criminals who fall under this category be treated as such i.e. person goes to jail for killing a pedophile?
Does prison induce reform or further damage the individual?
Should released criminal be allowed to easily get their life back on track?
