Celebrities never mattered
Unless you’re looking for a career in acting and aspire to be the same, there really is no point to listening to celebrities.
During the pandemic, it’s like their egos shined bright and amplified who they really are https://www.theatlantic.com/culture/archive/2020/03/celebrities-have-never-been-less-entertaining-coronavirus/608452/: attention-seeking, uninteresting people. Maybe they were just interesting, post lens, from how the editing studio had you portray them.
I’ll admit I’m biased toward musicians and think that it’s great that many perform live concerts, because that’s what they love doing - it feels good to perform and their fans will feel the same.
Of course, everything I’ve said is just a complaint, and one can simply chose to not follow those people.
Most people probably haven’t been to the movies in over a year and, somehow, survived. I feel the same about Social Media - I haven’t been on Facebook for a while and I’ve survived - no withdrawals.
