Orange County Supervisor Todd Spitzer is a public safety champion devoted to keeping communities safe and ferreting out corruption. As a state legislator, he co-authored Marsy’s Law, which is the Victim’s Bill of Rights and a Constitutional amendment. He was also an assistant district attorney, teacher, and reserve police officer.
