Jesus, perhaps the most powerful human to walk this planet, used the power and privilege he had to stand in solidarity with the poor and oppressed. As we wrestle with how to embody Jesus' radical, counter-cultural example, we are invited to look for practical ways to recognize and say YES, AND to our power and privilege for the sake of those who are underprivileged and oppressed.
