Priya is the founder of Antarang Foundation which dreams of every young person being passionately, productively and positively engaged in a career of choice. Priya worked in the advertising world for more than a decade before switching over to the social sector where she worked with many NGOs like Akanksha Foundation. In this conversation, we speak about her transition to the social sector, employability vs skilling and examples of how aspirational careers are becoming a reality for youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.
