In today's episode, Pri discusses her journey to becoming a heart-centered business strategist and scale engine expert. Heart-centered and business don't sound like they go together but that's what makes Pri different.

She started out in the male-dominated world of engineering and was always considered a "leader without a title" that gave her all. When she was unexpectantly laid off, she decided to expand her reach so she had multiple streams of revenue. One of her jobs included one-to-one coaching and becoming a business coach for start-ups.

Her ability to extend her reach and follow her intuition led her to starting her own business in 2023 called SynrGEE and then Beyond: House of Scale and Scale Engine Empire Era in 2025.

The thread through all of her years in business has been her ability to stay aligned with who she is and what she wants. She is intentional with how she schedules her day and who she spends time with and takes pauses throughout her day so she doesn't burn out. Her grounding belief is that rejection is redirection and takes action based on what feels aligned to her.

The three things she keeps in mind when choosing projects are: Peace, Purpose, and Profitable. Will she find peace doing the project, is there a purpose, and is it profitable. These sound to me like words to live by.
