The search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) is a collective term for scientific searches for intelligent extraterrestrial life. 
In this episode I talked to Dr. Simon Steel (Astrophysics), Senior Director for Education and Outreach at the SETI Institute about SETI in general and about the research being done in the SETI Institute to find intelligent life in the Universe.
