This week’s tip is about advanced goal tracking with automation tools.

If you’re already using apps like Trello, Airtable, or Notion to track your goals, here’s a way to make them even more powerful: Integrate them with Zapier or Integromat.

Zapier is an automation tool that connects your favorite apps. With it, you can create automated workflows, known as "Zaps," to move data between apps seamlessly. Here’s an example:

* If you’re using Google Calendar to schedule your goals, you can set up a Zap that automatically creates a task in Trello or Notion every time an event is added.

* Or, if you use Strava to track fitness goals, set up a Zap to log each workout into a Google Sheet so you can analyze your progress over time.

These integrations work in the background to update your progress without you having to lift a finger. It’s all about making your tech work harder for you while keeping everything in sync.

For those of you using Zapier or Integromat already—try chaining multiple apps together to automate entire processes, like updating task lists, sending notifications, or generating weekly progress reports. It’s like setting up a virtual assistant to manage your goals.
