On the eleventh episode of the P.O.T.N👑 Podcast, Takura was joined by Pameer who is an optimistic, proactive, and innovative individual. In his episode, he shares his passion for flying,  aircraft, Hiking and learning new things. Pameer shares his journey to becoming a fully qualified aircraft maintenance engineer and how he also working and striving to become a commercial pilot in the future. He also shares the importance of being persistent, and having a positive mindset when faced with adversity and if things do go wrong then you need to be proactive in finding solutions, In that he also shares that seeking support and assistance is instrumental in overcoming the challenge if it is too complex to deal with individually. In stressful situations he encourages everyone to take a step back, relax and give yourself a mental break. By doing this you can unlock solutions to the overcoming the challenges  that have been causing stress. He also encourages everyone to break tasks down into smaller, much easier, and manageable tasks by doing so can help increase your productivity and confidence to complete bigger tasks. Pameer shares his approach to problem-solving and how it has helped him overcome his personal obstacles. He is also extremely grateful for all the experiences and people he has encountered in his life these include his family, close friends, and the opportunities he has earned. He encourages everyone to be brave and face your fears, get out of your comfort zone as this creates an excellent opportunity for growth and learning. Finally, Pameer also shares his tips and tricks on how to stay productive, motivated, & resilient in challenging times.
