You've probably heard of probability of Profit, or PoP. This is the odds that you will end up profitable, by at least 1 penny at expiration. Probability of touch is a bit different, and more real. It is the probability that at some point during the trade you will be in profit, or at least at your desired level. There's a 2X chance of touch, thus, we prefer it.
