About Lisa Flanders
Lisa Flanders (she/her) is a Registered Physiotherapist and co-owner of Bloom Integrative Health & Movement in Ottawa, Ontario, with expertise in pelvic health, sexual health, and pelvic pain. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba, and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University.
Lisa began her career in orthopedic physiotherapy and continues to integrate this foundation into her pelvic health practice. She has completed extensive post-graduate training in pelvic floor dysfunction, with advanced focus on persistent pelvic pain, sexual health, and the care of transgender and gender-diverse individuals, including post-operative, gender affirming rehabilitation.
Lisa is passionate about smashing the stigma and creating safe, inclusive spaces for care. Through clinical work, education, and mentorship, she empowers individuals to better understand their bodies, reconnect with their pelvic health, and return to meaningful movement and participation in life.
