Last time we did a deep dive on Solving the BEST problems, and today we dive into the 3 kinds of titles we can have when dealing with problems. These are CPS, CPA, and CPC.
These stand for
- Chief Problem solver
- Chief Problem announcer
- Chief Problem causer
As we mentioned last week, Problems are going to happen. And you are going to fall into one of these categories. If you are the leader, then CPS is your best title. If you own a company, then you want to set the culture that CPS is a part of your culture.. If work for a company and you want to climb to the top, add CPS to your title and you will be amazed at how you are noticed.
