Points of Dispensing or "PODs" are established to provide goods or services to many as efficiently as possible.  In this episode I share planning and organizational tips to prepare for and execute a flu vaccination POD.  These PODs provide flu shots to underserved members of the public and they are a great opportunity for Public Health and Public Safety to prepare for worst case scenarios like disease outbreaks and biological attacks.
