The coronavirus has overwhelmed our world, putting many of us on a rollercoaster of emotions. It turns out that a primary emotion many of us are experiencing is in fact grief. In today's episode Kirsten talks with one of the world's leading grief experts, David Kessler about how to process grief, including the specific kind brought on by the pandemic sweeping the globe.
